Hi, I’m Simon Tranter.

If you live in Worcestershire, you might know me as the postman who delivers your morning mail. But if you catch me on the weekends, I’ve likely traded my postbag for a camera bag and my uniform for hiking gear.

For me, photography is more than just a hobby—it is an obsession born from a life spent outdoors. Working as a postman keeps me grounded (and covers plenty of miles!), but it also gives me a front-row seat to the changing seasons, the shifting weather, and the early morning light that most people sleep through. It has taught me patience and given me a deep appreciation for the landscapes right on our doorstep.

While I love the rolling hills of Worcestershire, my passion for travel photography drives me to explore further afield whenever I can. Whether I’m chasing a sunset over a rugged coastline or hiking up a mountain trail, I am constantly searching for those fleeting moments of natural beauty.

Currently, I balance my rounds with my photography, but my ultimate ambition is to turn this passion into my full-time profession. I approach every shoot with the same reliability and dedication I bring to my day job—committed to getting the job done, rain or shine.
